hyperfly.eu is a website from the company Rebelz Sporting Goods AB. Rebelz Sporting Goods AB hereinafter referred to as we, hyperfly.eu, Hyperfly, Hyperfly Europe or Rebelz. Rebelz is based in Sweden. All orders will be shipped out from the Rebelz warehouse in Eskilstuna, Sweden. Customer hereinafter referred to as you or customer.
All prices are in EUR. By default rebelz.eu uses geoip (IP Geolocation) to determine your country location and based on the results from this displays prices including or excluding VAT. EU (European Union) customers have prices including the destination country’s VAT. Customers outside of the EU have prices excluding VAT. Prices will be updated in the cart and/or checkout and will be based on shipping address and country.
In some rare cases prices can be shown including or excluding VAT. However in the checkout the prices will be updated showing the correct prices including or excluding VAT depending on destination country.
All customers outside of the EU (European Union) are responsible for customs fees, handling fees, import duties, VAT/TAX and other charges in the receiving country.
We reserve our right to cancel or adjust any order with price errors.
We do not have the possibility to add any discount coupon after an order is placed. Any discount coupon must be applied in the cart before payment is done and order is completed.
The customer must be at least 18 years old to place an order from hyperfly.eu. Customer must provide Rebelz with the correct delivery address, phone number and email address when placing an order.
When you have placed an order and made payment via one of the payment gateways Rebelz uses you will get an email as order confirmation. Please read the order confirmation carefully so all information, shipping address, product, sizes ect are correct. If something is incorrect please contact customer service as soon as possible.
hyperfly.eu uses the following payment gateways for secure payments over the internet.
– Stripe: Debit/credit cards.
– PayPal: PayPal account, debit/credit cards.
If you have more questions regarding your payment please contact Stripe or PayPal.
During Swedish business hours we normally handle orders very fast, so if you wish to cancel you order please do it fast by contact customer service. Once the order has left the Rebelz warehouse the order can not be canceled. If the order is canceled we will refund you via the payment method that was used during ordering. Refund time when using debit/credit cards via Stripe is normally 5-10 bank days.
Shipping services, costs and couriers will be shown in the cart and/or the checkout when placing an order. Rebelz uses DHL or FedEx as couriers.In some countries local couriers will be used instead of DHL or FedEx.
During Swedish business hours we normally handle orders very fast, so please verify address and contact information on the order once placed. When courier has picked up orders from Rebelz is not possible for us to update any shipping information.
Please note that Rebelz never send orders to post office boxes. This is because it is not possible to send to post office boxes via DHL or FedEx. Always enter your current home address.
Always be ready to personally sign and show your ID upon delivery. In the event that you are not available to receive the order at the point when they were delivered, you will be responsible for making arrangements to receive the order if it is held at the post office or delivery company’s depot.If your order will be shipped via a service point please note that depending on freight company you must pickup the order from the service point 5-10 days after the orders has been delivered to the service point.
We reserve the right to charge you for the shipping costs, handlings fees etc. (minimum 25 EUR) if the order can not be delivered to the delivery address or if the order is not picked up from the service point, post office or delivery company’s depot or if the customer refuse to pay import VAT/TAX, import duties etc and the parcel is sent back in return to us.
Rebelz will try to meet dates stated for delivery, but such dates are not guaranteed and are provided for reference only. If your order has not reached you within 10 working days from the date the order left Rebelz you will need to contact customer service to report your order as missing in transit. In rare cases orders can disappear or get damaged during transit. If an order is not scanned during a period of 5 workings days please contact customer service. If an order disappear during transit DHL and FedEx has up to 30 days to search for the missing order.
Rebelz do not accept responsibility for delays that is out of Rebelz control such as transit delays, labor conflicts and other events that effects delivery dates.
Upon delivery of your order, you should inspect the packaging. If the parcel appears to be damaged, simply refuse shipment and the courier will return the merchandise back to us. Please also send us information and a photo.
We only offer digital gift cards. Digital gift cards is an email message with a gift card code sent to the recipient. Recipient uses the gift card code when shopping at hyperfly.eu. Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.Once the period of validity has expired, the gift card cannot be used as a means of payment at purchase, cannot be reactivated and its remaining unused value can not be refunded. If a product, paid with gift card, is returned to Rebelz the sum will be returned to the gift card. Rebelz cannot be held responsible for gift cards that are lost or stolen. The customer is responsible for protecting the gift card code so no unauthorized person can get the gift card code and use it.
Returns and exchanges
You may exchange or return the product(s) to Rebelz within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason. The product(s) must be unused and in complete original packaging. Refund will only be accepted when the goods you are returning are in unused condition. You choose whether you want a refund or another item in exchange.
Hygiene items such as underwear, mouth guards, groin protection ect cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.
Customers are liable for all the return shipping costs and are responsible for the return until the return has been delivered to Rebelz. We therefore recommend that you always send returns that are traceable and insured by your freight company. Please contact customer service before you send any returns. If you wish to exchange size or product please include original product name and size and new product name and size. Always include your order number when contacting Rebelz.
When sending a return to Rebelz you need to include a return number (the return number you will get from Rebelz) and the order confirmation.
Important information regarding pre-order/presale/charity items. As these products are made after customer orders we don’t not offer any order cancellations, returns or exchanges. No discount codes available on these products because all profits will go directly to the charity.
Incorrect item(s) in a delivered order
Regrettably, mistakes can occur when we pack an order. We try to double check all items sent out to our customers. But sometimes we do mistakes because we are humans/grapplers.In case of incomplete or faulty orders please contact customer service how we can correct the problem in the best way. Usually we help you with the return of the product and send you a correct product.
If you have received any defected item please contact customer service. Please send us photos, detailed description and order number.
You can return or exchange products if they are defective or faulty within a 6 month period after the products have been delivered to you.Returned items will be examined by Rebelz and manufacturer. Any items found to be defective or faulty will be fully reimbursed.
Rebelz will not exchange or refund any items which are not defective or faulty, which have been damaged after delivery ( i.e. the issue or damage is not the result of a manufacturing fault).This applies to accidental, malicious and other wearer related damage.
Examples of accidental, malicious and wearer related damage:
– Signs of misuse, excessive wear or inappropriate care.
– Products not correctly washed and/or dried (all BJJ Gi’s must be washed in 30 degrees and hang dry).
– Signs of extreme wear or damage.
– Material decomposition due to prolonged dampness/wetting.
Product information and pictures
We reserve the right for any text or picture errors on this website. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the display, photo quality and resolution.
You can register an account at hyperfly.eu. When you create an account, you consent to Rebelz collecting the information you provide at registration and associating it with your purchase history, wish lists and payment methods.
Rebelz accept no responsibility for delays or errors due to circumstances outside of Rebelz control such as labor conflict, fire, war, government decisions, zombie attacks, reduced or non-delivery from the supplier. Furthermore, Rebelz accept no responsibility any changes to products that have been changed by the supplier and other factors beyond our control. Nor is the company liable for direct or indirect damage and loss that may occur to the customer.
