Terms and Conditions at hyperfly.eu
hyperfly.eu is operated by Rebelz Sporting Goods AB, the official European distributor of Hyperfly products. Rebelz Sporting Goods AB, hyperfly.eu, Rebelz, and Hyperfly are hereinafter collectively referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”. Rebelz Sporting Goods AB is based in Sweden, and all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Eskilstuna, Sweden. Customer hereinafter referred to as you or customer.
Prices
All prices on rebelz.eu are stated in Euros (EUR).
For customers within the European Union (EU), prices are shown including the VAT applicable in the destination country. For customers outside the EU, prices are shown excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.
The final price displayed at checkout is always the price applicable to the purchase and will be based on the shipping destination.
Once an order has been confirmed, the price displayed at the time of purchase applies. Rebelz Sporting Goods AB reserves the right to correct prices in the event of obvious errors, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control, including changes in taxes, duties, or fees.
In some cases, prices displayed in the webshop may be rounded to the nearest cent. The final price shown at checkout and charged to the customer is always the applicable purchase price.
Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Payment
Payments on rebelz.eu are processed securely through Stripe.
The payment methods available to a customer are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the customer’s country and other factors determined by Stripe.
Available payment methods may include card payments, digital wallets, bank-based payment methods, and other local payment options.
For card payments, the amount may be authorized when the order is placed and captured when the order is shipped from Rebelz.
All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely by Stripe.
To place an order on rebelz.eu, you must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Shipping and Delivery
Customers may choose from the available shipping options displayed at checkout.
All orders are shipped directly from Rebelz Sporting Goods AB’s warehouse in Eskilstuna, Sweden.
Rebelz uses carriers such as FedEx, PostNord, DSV, DHL and local delivery partners depending on destination country and selected shipping service.
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on destination country, shipping service, customs processing, and circumstances beyond Rebelz’s control.
The customer is responsible for providing correct name, delivery address, postal code, email address, and phone number when placing an order. Incorrect information may result in delays, additional costs, or failed deliveries.
Orders cannot be shipped to post office boxes. Please provide your current physical delivery address.
For deliveries to service points, parcel lockers, or pickup locations, the customer is responsible for collecting the shipment and providing identification if required by the carrier.
If a selected pickup location is full, the carrier may redirect the shipment to another nearby location.
If a carrier loses a shipment, Rebelz will assist the customer in finding a suitable solution. Resolution times depend on the carrier’s investigation procedures.
Unclaimed Parcels
Parcels not collected within the period specified by the carrier will be returned to Rebelz.
For unclaimed parcels, Rebelz reserves the right to charge costs related to return shipping, handling, administration, and any carrier fees incurred. The minimum fee is EUR 29.
The fee will normally be deducted from any refund. If no refund is due, an invoice with 14 days payment terms may be issued. Unpaid invoices may be referred to debt collection where permitted by applicable law.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the day they, or a person designated by them, receive the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, register your request through the Hyperfly Europe withdrawal portal using your order number and email address.
If the order has not yet been shipped, it will be cancelled without further action.
If the order has already been shipped, the withdrawal request will be treated as a return, and instructions will be provided.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal, returns, and exchanges do not apply to products manufactured or customized according to the customer’s specifications, including embroidered products, printed products, patches, or other personalized items.
For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal, returns, and exchanges do not apply to products such as underwear, mouthguards, groin protectors, or similar items if the seal has been broken.
Returns
To return a product within the withdrawal period, register the return through the Hyperfly Europe return portal.
Products may be inspected but must not be used. Returned products must be in original condition and include original packaging.
Textile products must be free from hair, dirt, odors, and signs of use.
Products must be packaged in a way that protects the original packaging during transport. If reused packaging is used, all previous shipping labels must be removed.
If old shipping labels cause additional costs, Rebelz reserves the right to charge an administration fee of EUR 25.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and are responsible for the return until the return has been delivered to Rebelz. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Complaints and Warranty Claims
If you discover a defect or fault with a product, please report it as soon as possible after it is discovered.
To submit a complaint, contact Rebelz customer service and describe the issue. Photographs are appreciated and may help speed up the process.
Rebelz handles complaints in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
If a product is found to be defective, Rebelz will first attempt to repair or replace the product. If this is not possible, a price reduction or refund may be offered.
For approved complaints, Rebelz will cover all reasonable costs associated with the complaint, including return shipping.
If the product must be returned to Rebelz, instructions will be provided after the complaint has been registered.
Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased on rebelz.eu are delivered digitally by email and contain a unique gift card code.
Gift card codes can be used as payment at checkout on rebelz.eu.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Once the validity period has expired, gift cards cannot be used, reactivated, or redeemed for cash.
If a product purchased with a gift card is returned, the refunded amount will be credited back to the same gift card.
Rebelz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Customers are responsible for keeping gift card codes secure.
Orders
To place an order on rebelz.eu, you must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Orders placed using another person’s identity without permission, or otherwise causing damage or risk of damage to Rebelz Sporting Goods AB, may be reported to the authorities.

Force Majeure

Rebelz is also not responsible for changes to products or product specifications made by manufacturers or suppliers after information has been published on the website.
To the extent permitted by law, Rebelz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from such circumstances.
