Shipping Information

Please read the information below regarding shipping. If you have any questions please contact us before placing an order.

General information

  • Estimated delivery time is normal transit time. Delays may occur due to unforeseen events and circumstances beyond our control. Delays may also occur in countries outside of the European Union (EU) due to customs handling time etc.
  • When shipping to the United Kingdom (UK) we ship with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). That means that the sender will pay all costs for the import including UK tax/vat via our courier. If you receive any email or text message regarding payment to the courier, please contact Rebelz customer service.
  • Shipping to all countries outside of the European Union (EU), the customers are responsible for customs fees, handling fees, import duties, VAT/TAX, and other charges in the receiving country. It’s the customers responsibility to understand the local import rules and regulations when importing goods from the European Union (EU). The customer is fully responsible for the import of the goods and all costs in the case the customer wants to return the goods to the sender from receiver, local customs or local courier. Please check with your local customs to learn about the local import processes, rules, regulations and costs.
  • All orders will ship out from our warehouse in Sweden.
  • Please note that post office boxes can’t not be used as delivery addresses. Always enter your current home address.
  • Please note that we can’t ship any orders to military bases.

Carriers information

  • We use different carriers depending on the destination country. The shipping options available for your specific country will be shown at checkout.
  • Please note that we clearly state whether the delivery is to a pickup point or home delivery.
  • In most EU countries, we offer PostNord (DPD), DHL Freight, UPS, and FedEx.
  • For countries outside the EU, we normally only offer FedEx.

Critical information

Name, address, mobile phone number and email must be correct and valid when placing the order. Full name must match the ID presented upon pickup/delivery. Information can’t be updated once shipped. Please verify all information once you have placed the order as we normally ship orders very fast. If incorrect information has been supplied when placing the order and the order is shipped it’s the customers responsibility and return shipping costs will be charged the customer with a minimum of 25 EUR.
